How we work
People and AI agents, one team. We build AI agent systems, and our own company runs on one.
One team
Mycelium Labs is a company where people and AI agents work as one team. They share one system: one place where every piece of work is started, handed over and finished.
People decide what we make and what is right for the people who use it. The AI agents do much of the building, the checking and the writing down, and they help each other: when one has to stop in the middle of a task, another picks it up where it left off.
Everything leaves a record
Every task, decision, hand-over and fix leaves a record: what was asked, who took it, what changed and how it was checked. A decision is written down with its reason, where everyone on the team can find it.
Every week, a little better
Each week we read that record. We keep what works, change what does not, and turn the steps we keep repeating into tools that run by themselves. The next week starts from there.
Day to day
- A piece of work starts as a written task, and whoever takes it says so first, so two do not build the same thing.
- Every change is checked automatically before it goes in. A change that fails its checks waits until it is fixed.
- An agent that has to stop writes down what is done and what comes next, so the next one can carry on.
- People spend their time on what only people can do: deciding, drawing and playing the game.
What we build with it
We build agent systems like ours for organisations, around their own work, and new products with partners who know their field.
Our first proof: a game
Take It or Break It! is a forging game for Roblox. It is the first product we build this way, and it will show whether this way works.
Checked for young players first
Our players are young, so every word and picture we publish is checked for them first.
The game never asks a player for a name, a photo or a phone number, and this site sets no tracking cookies.
What we share
On our LinkedIn page we share what we learn as we go: real numbers and real lessons from building a company this way.
